Data protection

We take the protection of your data seriously. Here you can find out which data we process, for what purpose and what rights you have. This policy is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Last updated: 4 November 2026

2. Booking an appointment

When you request an appointment online, we process your name, phone number, email address, the requested service, date, time and any comments you add. We use this data solely to plan and confirm your appointment and to contact you if anything changes. We keep your data only for as long as necessary for scheduling and to meet legal obligations, and delete it afterwards.

3. Sending emails

We send confirmations via Hostpoint (a Swiss hosting provider). In doing so, your email address and the appointment details are transmitted to this service.

4. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, with servers located in Germany. When you visit the site, the server briefly stores technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, time of access, page visited) to ensure operation and security, and then deletes it automatically.

5. Fonts, cookies, analytics

All fonts on this website are loaded from our own server, not from third parties. We do not use any analytics or advertising cookies.

6. WhatsApp and Instagram

Our website links to WhatsApp and Instagram (Meta Platforms). These are simple links; no data is transmitted to Meta when you visit our site. Meta's privacy policy only applies once you click on one of these links.

7. Disclosure abroad

Our website and appointment data are stored on servers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. According to the Swiss Federal Council, Germany provides an adequate level of data protection. We do not transfer data to any other countries.

8. Your rights

You can request information about your data at any time, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. To do so, please write to contact@eliasfoster.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

9. Changes

We will update this policy if our data processing changes. The current version on this page applies.
